1. Q: Can you offer sample before order?
A: Yes, we can provide free samples for evaluation, you only need to pay some freight.
2. Q: What's your best price?
A: Our products have a quite wide price range for different types and different quality requirement. Please contact us freely, we will be happy to give you a quotation upon receipt of your detailed requirements.
3. Q: How can I get the samples? And how long can I get the sample?
A: If you need some samples to test, please contact us and for samples, it usually takes 2-3 days.
4. Q: How much is the shipping cost and How long does it takes till I get my package?
A: The freight depends on the weight & packing size and your shipping address.
DHL: 3-6 Days UPS: 5-7 days Fedex: 6-8 days EMS: >7 days.
5. Q: How do you do OEM/ODM service?
A: Customer's logo can be embossed on our case. But you need to send us the logo in AI or CDR or PSD format. We will ask our designer to make a drawing for you to have a check how it looks on our case.

7. Q: Can you print our own logo on the case?
A: Yes, we can do the custom design case. We have two kinds of printing, heat-pressing and screen printing
8. Q: How to make order?
A: 1) Inquiry by contact supplier or chat me on Trademanager;
2) Tell us the models and quality you want;
3) We make PI for you to check;
4) You confirm the PI and make the payment;
5) We product and sent you goods;
6) We offer you the tracking number and packing list;
7) When you received the goods, ask for the feedback;
8) We provide the after-sale service.
